Please join DCC for our Annual Meeting & Picnic! Featuring guest speaker Mac Hunter with a presentation of “Biodiversity and the critical role of land trusts”: Conserving biodiversity requires protecting ecosystems and local land trusts have a fundamental niche to fill.
Malcolm “Mac” Hunter is an Emeritus Professor of Wildlife Ecology from the University of Maine who has been involved in land conservation in Maine and around the globe.
The picnic of hors d’oeuvres and small desserts, will be outdoors and a potluck. Please bring your favorite dessert or appetizer to share. DCC will have mocktails and door prizes! Members and guests will also have the chance to meet staff and board members and hear updates from DCC’s Board President.
All are welcome! Registration not required, but helpful. Participants who register will receive email updates in the event of a cancellation.
