Once again we are hosting an Online Silent Auction as a fundraiser to support the conservation and public access of our preserves!

This summer, we are hosting Forest Camp at the Machias River Preserve for youth ages 10-13. Campers will be able to explore and learn about the forest ecosystem through hands-on activities and games.

We are looking for an energetic, forward-looking individual with experience in organizational development and fundraising who can grow the organization and help achieve our vision of a healthy community working together as stewards of our natural lands and waters.

DCC has announced the departure of its Executive Director, Jon Southern, on March 14th 2022 and appoints current Membership and Outreach Director, Cathy Lookabaugh, as Acting Executive Director until the position is filled.
