Are you interested in becoming a volunteer monitor or chief steward with DCC? Would you like to learn how to locate and mark your own property boundary lines and read a survey? Are you interested in maintaining and overseeing a trail system? If you enjoy spending time in the woods, maintaining trails, and viewing wildlife, this workshop is for you! Join DCC’s Stewardship Director as he demonstrates various property monitoring and maintenance skills needed to manage conservation land. Please register in advance here.

What to Bring: Volunteers should plan to bring a snack and a water. DCC will provide all necessary equipment, but feel free to bring a compass or your handheld GPS unit if you have them!

Date is subject to change due to weather conditions. If adverse weather conditions are predicted to occur during a volunteer day, an email notice will be provided with the rescheduled date no later than one day prior to the activity.
