Join us in welcoming Spring with a visit to a vernal pool. We’ll search this interesting habitat for signs of our native salamanders and frogs, who lay their eggs in these pools before returning to the land for the remainder of the year. If we are lucky we might catch sight of one these amazing creatures!

This guided hike will be approximately 1.5 miles and roughly two hours in length. Limited space and advance registration required.

Outdoor programs are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather, updates will be sent to registered participants.
