For the month of June the storybook up at Middle River Park is Finding Faeries in the Woods, thanks to author and illustrator Laura Lander!

This story encourages readers to slow down and use their imagination to discover a world hidden in the roots, trees, rocks, and moss. Along your way you can pause and scan the forest to find many of the colorful illustrations present in the natural landscape looking for faeries and their natural homes.

Ready to embark on this adventure? Join us for a guided walk, where the author and illustrator Laura will read her story along the trail: June 15th at 10:30am.

Please register in advance for this guided walk. This book will remain up on the trail for the month of June, families can choose to self-read anytime during that period.
